One Thing Project

Each month The Well sponsors a “One Thing” giving project.
This is an area of focus that will be supported through prayer, time and resources
to help people in need in our community.

Donations for the monthly giving project can be left at the “One Thing” Stations
at both our Rosemount and Apple Valley Campuses.

October 2018 – New Hats, Gloves, & Mittens
As the temperatures start to drop, and the promise of snow isn’t far away, there is a need to help our community. During the month of October, donations of NEW hats and mittens will be collected for kids, youth and adults. Through the Rosemount Family Resource Center, these items will be distributed to families in need this winter. Donations in teenage sizes are especially in demand. Donations can be dropped off at the One Thing stations located at both campuses of The Well.

The Well’s One Thing project continues to make a difference in our community, country and beyond. In August, groceries to make over 10,000 cups of coffee, 1000 cups of tea and 250 cups of cocoa were collected. On September 24th, the team from The Well serving a meal at the Simpson Shelter delivered the donations. So far over $2500 has been donated toward the purchase of UMCOR cleaning kits to help those devastated by Hurricane Florence.

Thank you for your generosity!
